Shipping & Returns
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with clear instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns will not be accepted or refunded without completing this process.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept earrings back for hygiene reasons. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will endeavour to process your refund or exchange on the day that we receive it. Any refund will be applied to the Credit/Debit Card or Paypal account that the item was purchased with. If there are any problems in issuing an exchange or a refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
Free UK Delivery is available on ALL orders to mainland UK destinations. However, this method is entirely at your own risk and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Spangle cannot be held liable for lost/missing items.
If your item is valuable or urgent we recommend that you choose either Recorded or Special Delivery. Recorded delivery will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next day before 1pm and also requires a signature upon delivery.
All orders are usually dispatched the same working day they are ordered. Orders for Special Delivery must be placed by 3pm in order to dispatch in time to arrive the next day. Special Delivery orders placed on Friday before 3pm will arrive by 1pm Monday (except public holidays). Please choose Special Delivery Saturday if you need your item delivered before 1pm on a Saturday - unfortunately Royal Mail will charge more for this service.
Spangle does not make any money from Royal Mail shipping costs.

European & International Delivery
All European and international deliveries will be sent the same working day as ordered via Royal Mail International Signed For. If you would like to discuss another option, please Contact Us.
