Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for guaranteed next day delivery.

Return Policy & Instructions
All products offered by Spangle are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for either:
- A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges
- A product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
Items offered at a % off the original price are final sales and connot therefore be returned, unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
